Monkey Sock Swap THREE Questionnaire
The basics:
Do you consider yourself a beginning sock knitter, an intermediate, or have you been doing this so long you could probably knit a pair in your sleep? At this point, I could probably knit a pair in my sleep.

Shoe Size: 7.5W
Foot circumference: 9 inches
Foot length: 9 inches
Yarn Preferences:
What colors do you love? Pink, lime green, plum, pretty much all colors
Do you prefer solids or variegated? I like both.
Do you prefer wool, cotton or acrylic yarn? I have only really knit socks with wool, but a cotton or acrylic blend might be nice. I think all acrylic socks might be a bit sweaty, and cotton a tad saggy.
What colors would you never wear? I mostly wear jewel tones and heathery tones in the purple, blue, pink, red and grays range. I don’t wear alot of yellow and orange, but would quite willingly wear socks in either of these colors.
What are your favorite brands of yarn? I am an utter and complete Indie yarn addict. I love Sophie’s Toes, Yarn Pirate, posh yarn, zen string, Claudia’s handpainted yarn, etc. If the Loopy Ewe or Sweet Sheep carries it, I am sure to want it.
Are there any new brands you would like to try? I’d love to try Union Center Knits or Duets.

Which of her patterns have you already knit? I have knit Monkeys and plan to start a pair of Hedera socks any day now.
Which pattern(s) would you like to knit and don’t already own? I would pretty much like to knit any of them. I do already own the pattern for Twisted Flower.
Other pertinent information:
Would you be willing to have an international Monkey Pal or do you prefer one in the US? I am happy to have an international pal.
Do you have any allergies? None that would impact this swap.
Will your knitting be exposed to smoke or animals? In my house, it is pretty much impossible to avoid cat hair completely, although I try to keep them out of it.
Are you on Ravelry yet? If you don’t mind having new friends, what is your Ravelry name? I am on Ravelry, although I unfortunately haven’t had a chance to play with it. My Ravelry name is periodicmumbling (same as the blog).
