The basics:
How long have you been knitting? I have been knitting for 3 1/2 years.
Do you consider yourself a beginning sock knitter, an intermediate, or have you been doing this so long you could probably knit a pair in your sleep? I would consider myself an advanced intermediate.
The measurements:
Shoe Size: I wear a 7.5 wide.
Foot circumference: 9 inches
Foot length: 9 inches
Yarn Preferences:
What colors do you love? I’ve been really into spring green (chartreuse green) lately. I’ve also been into pink. Like many people, I am often inspired by the colors surrounding me, so right now I’m really into spring colors.
Do you prefer solids or variegated? I often find myself buying variegated yarn because I love all the color, but I when it actually comes to knitting, I prefer semi-solids, so that the color doesn’t overwhelm the pattern.
Do you prefer wool, cotton or acrylic yarn? I prefer wool yarn. I would also love to see some merino-tencel blend yarn in person. I once knit my niece a sweater out of a tencel blend and it was so soft and had a beautiful sheen.
What colors would you never wear? I will wear any and every color combination in socks. That is what makes socks so fun.
Knitting Gadgets
Favorite needles. Plastic, metal, bamboo or wood? I really like metal needles, but also use bamboo and wood. I haven’t ever tried plastic metal. I try to avoid using dpn whenever possible. I would much rather knit with two circs.
Are there any knitting accessories you don’t have in your collection but would like? Do they make a cover for your index finger for use with sharp needles? I think I might have seen some such thing on someone’s blog. With my knitpicks needles, my index finger gets sore from getting poked.
Would you be willing to have an international Monkey Pal or do you prefer one in the US? I would be happy to have an international pal.
Do you have any allergies? Nope.
Hi Monkey Pal! Are any of these finger thimble things are what you’re looking for while knitting?

I’m not sure!
